While implementing more logging for troubleshooting delayed notifications we accidentally caused problems with the internal (Puma) webservers, this resulted in the service being down for almost all users.

We didn't expect any of the changes we made to be noticeable for users, we're sorry about this and will announce changes properly going forward.
