Upgrade to the latest version of Mastodon which fixes a bug that followed the install of 4.2.2

We are upgrading to the latest version of Mastodon, intermittent disruptions are expected.

We are doing some maintenance and rebuilding the search index, search and the site may be slower than usual at times.
We can't give an estimate for when this is done right now but will post any updates here.

Webservers couldn't start up properly, we will investigate the issue further as soon as possible

We are upgrading the the latest stable version of Mastodon. This release is mostly focused on bug-fixes and other improvements.
